We have compiled a list of FAQs that may be useful for you. We will update this section periodically.
Ke Wynn is the principal photographer and we have a team of experienced and passionate photographers. Our second photographers are experienced photographers based within the country.
Do you provide videography services?
Yes. We’re currently working with Light Feather Studios to provide you videography services.
Do you provide photo slideshows of the morning event to be shown during dinner?
Yes, but we require at least 3-4 hours in between to prepare them. We do not charge for this service but we request that the slideshow to be played once, usually half-way during dinner.
What type of photo album do you provide? Do you provide prints and frames?
We sell coffee table albums and flush mounted albums. The coffee table album comes with 20 pages and 40 prints and can averagely fit 80-100 photos. Our flush mounted albums comes with either 10 or 15 pages. All of our photo prints come standard with touch-up services and are printed using a professional lab. We do carry a wide variety of customised frames.
Who designs the photo album?
All layouts are designed according to your photos and its colour scheme by Ke Wynn or a qualified graphic designer. All images presented in our albums are touched up before sending for print. We use professional imaging software to do our album layout design. A sample of our album layout design is available at our website upon request.
How long does it take for you to complete my photos?
It takes approximately 30 working days to complete your photos, and another 21 working days for the album design after we’ve completed your photos. All images will go through basic processing (colour correction, exposure adjustments and cropping) before handing them over to you as digital proofs. Full touch-up such as blemish removal, dodge and burn will only be done on albums or prints.
What are web-res, mid-res and hi-res proofs?
Web-res are smaller resolution files that are usually used for preview at your computer screen. Mid-res proofs are printable up to 4R while hi-res proofs are printable up to 10R or more.
How many photos am I expecting to get for my wedding?
A typical full day wedding can averagely yield 500-600 photos, but we guarantee a minimum of 300 photos.
I like the photos on your blog. Will I be getting the digital files?
The photos shown at the blog are fine art pieces which are edited with our signature touch. We do not release the digital files but you can purchase them as prints.
Do you go table-to-table during dinner?
We do not do table-to-table shots during dinner. Firstly, it is rude to interrupt your guests during meals and secondly, they are less likely to oblige. However, we strongly recommend the bride and groom to go table-to-table with us to take group photos because the guests are usually more than happy to co-operate.
Must I provide you meals?
It is not compulsory but it would be awesome if you could provide basic meals for us. It is very difficult to work when we’re hungry. We will advice you on the suitable time for us to have our meals
Do you accept outstation or oversea assignments?
Yes, but we need you to provide us with accommodation (depending on your itinerary) and transportation. Daily allowance may be required for oversea assignments.
How do I book you for our wedding and how soon should I do so?
To secure your date with us, we require a 50% non refundable deposit (retainer) of the chosen package AND a signed agreement. Most of our clients book us from 6-9 months ahead. At times, we are even booked more than a year ahead especially on popular dates.

Do you accept tentative bookings?
No. We receive a lot of emails and enquiries everyday and I admit that it’s pretty hard to keep track of everyone. Please understand that it’s difficult for us to tentatively book or pen down your dates in our calendar. To safely secure your dates, a 50% deposit (retainer) and a signed agreement is required.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit (retainer) is required when you book us, and the remaining payment of 50% is due 7 days before the wedding day. We accept cash (Ringgit), local cheques or credit cards. For cheques, please make it payable to “Whizarts Ventures”.
